Is thier anything in a computer that can harm you if you touch it can anything make you sick or anything?

like if you touch the cpu or graphics card is anything special you gotta wash you hands with afterwards

the heat gel between the processor and heat sink is a grease, but be careful what you touch, there are capacitors that could kill you if they discharge.

No, touching computer parts will not make you ill. Now if you were to eat them, that might be another story.
