Genetically they are the same. But they really start to differ as soon as the egg separates. The placement on the placenta is the first difference in blood flow and nutrition. After birth the environment differs even in the same family.

Many have a separate language and telepathy. Many feel pain of each other.But they are different persons .

not in personality but in DNA yes pretty close. It depends on when the egg splits after fertilisation. The sooner the more identical. My friend had hers tested and they are 99% identical. when they split also effects what type of identical twin they are, such as mirror twins.

My twin girls are identical in looks and personality. But when you get down to fingerprinting, they are very close, but they do have small differences. That doesn't really help when they wear identical clothing and call each other 'sis' though.

They are genetically identical. That's why they're so valuable as research subjects. They help discern between the hereditary and the environmental. They persuasively demonstrate that man is more than the body.

If you ask them they will tell you that they are two different persons with their own aspirations and preferences, even the conjoined twins profess two separate identities.

Nope...not completely. For instance eye and finger prints differ.
