im a guy, and i woke up with blood in the underwear, i havent pee red or anything, i just woke up with it bloody, not that bad just splats of it....and i havent had sex yet or at all....what does this mean, i sometimes have pains in my abnominal/left testical sections nothing that really painful, just like spikes (happens there and now), but there are no cuts around my genetals, or abdomnial....its not hernia cuz i checked...so what is it..
