Basically I a soft natured guy and emotionally attached to everybody.
Ours was an arranged marriage more than 10 yrs old. Of this, we were apart for 10 years with 5 spells of reunited life aged not exceeding 2 – 4 months. We have a girl kid of 10 yrs. Efforts of reunions were initiated by me. Their family members are the culprits.
In the present spell of reunited life my wife behavior is too erratic, adamant, arrogant, beyond control and out of character and control. Sometime psycho / eccentric behavior. Now, we are leading separated life within house. She spoiled the kid and she also following her mother .
Now she is not willing to go away as was earlier and also not for legal separation. I proposed for mutual separation considering their future and avoid embarrassment to both. Serving divorce notice will certainly affect their future and I do not know under what ground I should.
All this issues hampering my official and other activities. Please advice honestly

Since someone forced you into this, and further allowed your family to become the mess it is, why are you worried about what the others will think if you walk away? Sue them all and go for broke.

You need proper legal advice straight away. Pardon me if I am wrong but you sound like you might be from India - if you are still living there, anyone from the UK or USA can only give fairly limited advice, as legal systems are very different. In the UK or USA, you would easily get a lawyer who could make sure (unless there are unusual circumstances) you have access to children after divorce - or even custody.
Can your family not give you some support? Please share this with someone with an understanding of your circumstances - it sounds like you need a good friend.

sweetie leave both of them right where they are. if the daughter sees mom being disrespectful to you than she will treat you the same way so you are in a NO WIN situation. so leave them right there together. its called irreconcilable differences. which means you two are not getting along and the marriage is beyond repair. but you need to also get a backbone so that at some point the daughter will respect you and not continue to treat you like crap but until than leave her butt right there with her creator. You can get divorced for irreconcilable differences.
You should not be taking all that verbal abuse.
