There is nothing in my garbage disposal, but waters not going down. How do I fix it?

I have tried using a self service wrenchet. It turns both ways. I need some serious help with this.

Somewhere in your pipe is a clog. Either call a plumber or get some DIY info from your favorite hardware store. The clog is obviously past the disposal or the disposal itself is broke.

Hit it with the Hydro-Blaster (plunger) a few times to bust up the clog, Don't pour any chemicals in it, it may eat away at the metal parts a ruin your disposer.

I'd be really curious to know what a self service wrenchet is! ........and why it turns both ways??
