I cant seem to analyse this quote well, can someone help:

An "Ethiop" is a person from Ethiopia, a dark-skinned African. Romeo seems to be saying that Juliet's beauty stands out against the darkness of the night the way a jeweled earring would stand out against an African's dark skin.
