It's part of a 60-year plan to eventually create a one-world government. The European Union [and soon six more such "unions"] will ultimately control larger geo-political regions of the globe.
Bush has already met with Mexico's President and Canada's Prime Minister [in Waco, Texas in 2005, and also just a few months ago]. The common currency will be called the Amero. This is all being discussed without the consent of Congress or the knowledge of the American public. -RKO- 11/22/07

If you look at the concept , it might be an effort to consolidate economic power on the North American continent as a means of survival if the EU ever decided to dismantle the US economy in the way the US has used economic clout to influence other governments.
I would "almost" go along with it if Mexico could ever get its act together , the US were in charge of the new "homeland defense" & Canada were the legislative authority in a new
"Country"
It may just become necessary to for a "NAFTA" type union to preserve world trade balances in the face of
competition from emerging economic powers in the far east.

That's why nothing is being said or done about illegals invading the U. S. Canada is OK to merge, but not Mexico. Heaven help us.

Yes, the NAFTA super highway in being built right now, It goes from Mexico through middle America and on to Canada. They are not talking about it on the news and never will because the liberals want this to happen, they want another Euro country like Europe, Bush has been meeting with both Presidents of Canada and Mexico to get this off the ground in the beginning of his Presidency. He's a globalist like his father. Most of the American people are not aware of this, because the news media will not talk about it.
