what i think qualifies them is that they pick the best reason for the scores,and also they probably worked real hard or they were the best dog show contestant there i think thats why i dont know other wize.

i would say sby who has a great knowledge of dog breeds!they can tell just by looking at a dog whether that dog is a purebred or has some other genes in it!
i couldn't tell the difference,i just love any ole dog!!be it a purebred,pedigree,mutt,stray.....♥

u probablee have to be a well known breeder, an owner of a winnign race dog, championship dog, somethin' liek that. or jus' an expert, i duno whut school u wud go to for that!! ♥
