Introduce myself and wonder if they'd been observing our world long enough to have learnt English.

Considering its looks (does it look hostile? in other words) and size (A bacteria from a gas giant I can step on with ma booot) It could go a number of scinarios. However, most aliens are pictured as mid size and hostile so ill go with that.
First I would do a suicidal sneeze. It is well known how diseases such as mealses spread to the indians and killed a good portion of them off. If something as contagious as a cold hit them, it could probably turn to a flu with no cure, as they probably have no immunity and wouldnt see it comming, so there would be no vaccine. If that didnt work, and it has really big eyes, id aim for those. Id sock it or stab it really hard in the eys to blind it. Then, I would run around it to try to tripp it. I'd steal the blaster it has and blast the alien to bits with it...
Wait a sec...you arn't an alien are you?
Crap...I think I just revealed top confidential info of the US Secret Service and will be demoted to a lowly janitor as such!

I might go back with the alien and visit their homworld. I'll be back in 2039 because might be homesick then.

i would ask them where did they come from, did the ship they traveled in allowed them to travel fast and keep them in their physical status, i would ask them if their technology was advanced enough to teach us to live better.
