Tell you what you DON'T do: Start a war in a country that had nothing to do with terrorists now has tons of 'em. You don't really protect anywhere from terrorism. We suffered more damage from Timothy McVeigh than anyone abroad aside from 9-11. You utilize solid intelligence and weed out the bad guys as that intelligence warrants.

lets see well we can stop being friends with saudi arabia
we can also stop insulting iran's president
we can fire colombia university's president before he makes another meeting with the middle east
so many answers come from kindness and patience
we can also stop this war
iraq has nothing to do with it
let me explain
us aided iraq long ago and gave them nukes
after that bush used that as a set up to say sadam has nukes
well then bush sent his army and captured the guy
now there is no law in iraq and there is crime and chaos everywhere
thanks alot bush u made a very big difference including in our freaking economy which u busted
saudi arabia is more guilty than iran and iraq

I would concentrate on destroying al-Qaeda
and put every available resource to work capturing Osama
Bin Laden.
I wouldn't worry about offending the Saudi royal family or
get my country sucked into a Middle Eastern civil war.

I would bomb and kill 4 of theirs for each one of us. Invasions are out, they are for idiots. Once we go there we are sitting ducks and we only get out after we make them all millionaires.
But as Iraq did nothing against us, I suspect Bush and Co. often use terrorism as an excuse to go in and try to get the oil. Unfortunately for him, the Iraqis saw that a mile off.

Are you insinuating that the conservatives have protected us from Terrorism? It seems to me that the attack on the world trade centers happened on the conservative watch.
