The Penisula in Hong Kong has a great pool while the one in Chicago serves the besta afternnoon tea.
The Sheratons are good but i must say i am starting to enjoy the smaller''boutique'' type of hotels that are appearing in Europe.They are a lot less stuffy, personable,and modern.
The Melrose Arch in Johannesburg is also great!

Well, it's by no means the best, but the little family owned hotel I stayed at for several days in Haarlem Netherlands is very dear to my heart. I loved the people I met there and the time went by so leisurely. Haarlem is so much more laid back than Amsterdam, but it has all of the bigger city's amenities. Before moving to the city where I live now in Maine, I used to stay at a very nice hotel here called The Inn at St. John. It has a very European flavor. And home made chocolate chip cookies every afternoon in the hotel cafe!

Miekels , the Hotel in Zimbabwe its a 5star the Best and its a leading Hotel in the world ...i was there in 1999 ,with my japanese sweetheart then ....
We had so much fun and i couldnt just believe that i was finally there & to see signtures of the famous pipo like Micheal jackson etc
...it was so Beautiful and so wow !! Those were my lucky days ...i cheerish the moments and still keep them at Heart ..check it out

Disney Resort.
Yeah I know it isn't technically a hotel....
But I've been to A LOT of hotels, and they all sucked.
Disney was very pleasurable.
