A minor problem with your question -- as you can see from the answers there are TWO correct answers.
The most commonly given (and probably the intended) answer is "queue" > q
But the same thing is true with "aitch" > h
(If you ask the question again I suggest you refine it by adding "when the LAST four letters are taken away" or "when the FIRST four letters are taken away"... or simply ask "Which TWO letters. . . ?")
