well, at MY house, it's my ex-mother-in-law's antipasto recipe. It's not a plate of salami and stuff like some restaurants do, but a mixture of those gardiniera vegetables, olives, marinated artichoke hearts and mushrooms, tuna mixed with some tomato paste and sauce. You do it a couple days early and BOY is it yummy by the time it's served! There, now ya'll have a secret family recipe that we've been using for about 50 years!
