That happened to me once. I found a Fast Food place that was opened and picked up a tub of fried Chicken, Potatoes, Gravy and biscuits. It actually was a pretty good meal.

These are not just any people. They are inlaws, and I know how you are feeling right now.
1. Call a Chinese restaurant, and order their chicken wings . . . they usuallly come 8 to an order, and are deep fried, browned nicely, and meaty. Probably about 4 or 5 per person. Main course is ready!
2. On your way to pick them up, go by the grocery store.
- Pick up some Idahoan Mashed Potatoes . . . the buttery or Yukon gold are good. (You just have to stir them in water and microwave, and they are delicious.)
- Grab a jar of turkey gravy. Heinz is a good one.
- Grab a can of cranberry sauce. It is on the canned fruit aisle.
- Go to the frozen veggie aisle, and chose a veggie to nuke!
- Pick up a pie . . . Edwards Pecan or Mrs. Smith's Dutch Apple Crumb is Heavenly!
-Don't forget the Cool Whip!
- Dash by the deli & pick up some rolls. (wheat is yummy!)
- Pick up the wings, and head home.
3. Once home preheat the oven. (The apple pie has to cook for an hour . . . This can be done while you eat.)
- If you opted for the pecan pie, just let it thaw on the counter while you eat.) Leave Cool Whip out also!
4. Put the cranberry sauce in the freezer to chill a little while making the potatoes, and heating the gravy and veggies in the microwave. This should take about 15 minutes tops.
5. Put everything in pretty plates and platters.
When they rave over the food, explain that if you would have known about their arrival ahead of time, you could have whipped up something more grand.
Enjoy Your Company & Best of Luck! ;~)

Grocery stores should be open today, so you can head over to a WinCo or some other supermarket and get what you need. If you're looking for a Thanksgiving type meal, then you're probably going to have to piece it together yourself. However, you can call around and see if places like SaveMart, WinCo, Raleys, or Safeway have any meals left over that you can pick up. If not, here are some ideas:
1. Turkey legs and thighs, breast cutlets. Season and roast.
2. Stovetop dressing
3. Fresh green beans with bacon and onion
4. Instant or regular mashed potatos
5. Ambrosia made from mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, bananas, whipped cream and marshmallows.
6. Hearty Roast Turkey gravey.

Our family loves the Stouffers Vegetable Lasagna, the family size. It's about $10 in the freezer section and it tastes home made. We don't care for the meat lasagna. Make Garlic bread, salad, and a hot vegetable. Have fun!
