You will get through this, I am sure of that, but you need to become more self-sufficient!
You can't rely on other people to always be there for you! The only person who is always there, is God!
You should confide in a teacher, doctor, councellor, social worker, etc, about how you feel!
They'll keep whatever you say completely confidential, and will also be able to help you get through it!
Also, tell your parents how you feel! Parents prefer to know what's wrong, as they worry more when they don't know what is wrong!
They will be able to help and support you when they know how you are feeling!
Don't think that they won't understand, because they've been your age themselves, and may well have felt just like you!
I hope this helps!

This makes me so Happy that you are trying to stop this disease called depression! You are helping yourself all ready! It seems your friends are busy so ask your parents for a pet they will probably let you get one because it will make you fell better and your parents understand that you have depression. Pets are so relaxing and help you with everything, but you have to look for that pet and you will find them at a shelter. Shelter animals have had a hard time and when you take one home the will love you forever. It seems the shelter makes them more... i cant explain it but it is great! these animals can feel what you are felling and they will do all in there power to make you fell better.

You need to talk to your Doctor about getting some Anti-Depressants. I know it's really scary to think about taking them, but trust me. When i was thirteen i was going through so much stress and having nightmares about stuff that happened when i was a kid, on top of that my 'rents were splitting up. i was all alone. Some people tell you just to deal with it but it's not that simple is it? Talk to your doctor, they help so much, they don't change who you are or turn you into a happy-go-lucky freak, they just lower the stress level so you can deal with it all. Trust me, you need to talk this over with someone, an adult someone, before you do something you wish you hadn't.

Hmmm, sounds a lot like Clinical Depression. I would suggest to talk someone who you trust (like your mom or dad,) or go to your school therapist if they have one. She'll be able to help. You can also see any therapist. If you go to the doctor and she tells you have Clinical Depression, you may have to take medicine. But it's not so bad. Just try to stay positive. School is tough for everyone.

You need to talk to a counselor.
I suffer from depression and I always just tried to deal with it on my own, until one day I couldn't deal with it and tried to commit suicide. My brother ended up finding me and called the ambulance and they said if he had not gotten me help...I would have been dead in an hour.
Don't let the same thing happen to you, I strongly suggest you let your parents or a school counselor know how you are feeling.

I know this may be hard... but parents are always there for you. You will get though it, trust me. Have you been going to a therapist? Find a hobby that makes you completely forget about all of those thoughts. Just hang in there, it will all get better. : )

Try reading some verses in the book of Psalms(in the Bible ). There is a lot of good verses that are very encouraging.
As for school, keep working it and it will turn out alright.

Oh! Been there, done that. Me and some other people are ****** professionals on that topic. Well if you want to be happy, it isn't going to work over night. You could either go and talk to someone that you still trust. Or talk to a shrink, (even though i can't stand them) but they do work for some people. There is another way to be happy, He is like a shrink but he's farrrrrrrr more understanding, ya dig? I'm not going to mention him on here. But any ways you'll be okay.
