Would you like to see this here in the US? Why or why not?

Thanks!

I'll wager that I've been a music fan for longer than most of the first several answerers have even been alive.
I LOVE music, but this idea does have a certain appeal to it for me.

I love music. A day without music is like a day without sunshine, BUT as a person who worked in retail and customer services for the majority of my life as a working adult (before I had kids) I can understand how some people would want a little break from it. The music at the mall I used to work at was enough to make someone go completely insane!

I would support a no music recorded after 1995 day. Most music(not all, there are a few decent/good songs) recorded after 1995 is junk IMO.

THAT is and ABSOLUTE NO!!!! Music is awesome! It's one of my escape whenever I'm feeling stressed or depressed. Not to mention, I don't see a point with "No Music Day", I mean what would we accomplish??

I'm from the UK and i was completely unaware of that, hehe.
I was blasting music from my mp3 player at top volume all day - as usual.

If i'd known, i wouldn't have supported it.
No music? that's unheard of.
Music is life.

The US has real fish to fry. We need a day on which everyone calls off work and no one buys anything.
