Is it legal for a cashier to go to work plastered this Friday?

I don't think it's illegal to go to work drunk (unless your job requires driving,flying or being a doctor),but i can't see your boss being too impressed!

It's not illegal - you won't be arrested for it unless you are raising so much of a ruckus that you get arrested for public intoxication. But you'll probably get fired. Not a real good idea to do.
