Full set of Death Note rules?

Well I've just finished watching the Death Note series and something that interested me was the "How to use" rules of the Death Note. I've heard there's something between 52-66 total rules which appear between the breaks in the programme. Although I read them, I didn't write them down as you'd expect. I have checked previous questions about this but the site the linked to seems to be down or has disappeared (this was deathnote7.com) So simply, Does anyone know a link where I can find a full set of the Death Note "How to use" rules?

- The human whose name is written in this note shall die.
- This note will not take effect unless the writer has the person's face in their mind when writing his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected.
- If the cause of death is not specified, the person will simply die of e heart attack.
- After writing the cause of death, details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds.

The following rules were used to make Shinigami Rem Sacrifice herself to save Misa so Yagami could kill L:

- If the owner of the Death Note does not kill within 13 days of the last entry, he or she will die.
- If the Death Note is burnt, destroyed, or otherwise damaged in any way, all those who have touched that Death Note will die.

I think they're all 'em.

They repeat the rules frequently, so there are much less than 66. There are actually only five real rules. Here they are, broken down:

* The human whose name is written in this note shall die.
* This note will not take effect unless the writer has the subject's face in their mind when writing his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected.
* If the cause of death is written within 40 seconds of writing the subject's name, it will happen.
* If the cause of death is not specified, the subject will simply die of a heart attack.
* After writing the cause of death, the details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds (400 seconds).

There are also some false rules, which I'm sure you heard of later in the season. Light made them up to fool the police into thinking he was not Kira. These are the 2 false rules:
