Jason carved the turkey with a chainsaw just after he performed my lobotomy

Absolutely not. A chainsaw is way to messy and cumbersome. Have a table saw installed as a centerpiece of your dining room table. It's easier to get precision cuts and a bit safer. For those tough to cut areas it would probably be best to use a Sliding Compound Miter Saw. Porter Cable makes a good one for cutting large birds and mammals. Enjoy.

Mine always looks like that's what I used. I can't carve at all. Happy Thanksgiving Shane. ♥

Yes, but why stop there? continue rifght straight through your great grandmother's dining room table, progress on into the floor. Saw a hole right around the perimeter of the dining room, and send everyone into the basement while loudly proclaiming "LAUNDRY TIME! LAUNDRY TIME ! Off with your clothes, it's LAUNDRY TIME!"
You darned well know that's why your Uncle Merv has been drooling while focused on YOU and not that sumptuous, if saw-dust-ridden, meal!

Sure, whatever floats your boat. Just be sure to have plenty of personal protective equipment (PPE) available in case if OSHA decides it was an industrial accident or something like that.
