unfortunately for them, the powers that be(the bastards) see them as pawns who are of no consequence because they do not contribute to the systems bank accounts, only drain it and therefore are worthless to them. this is unfortunate because alot of poor people are talented and gifted people who didn't get a chance and the army (which is what i suppose your talking about) is not a bad way to earn a living and get educated, but it is not without its risks.
