We get over all the bad feelings & sad incidents by crying our hearts out. I guess the tears are all the pains that come out of our lives. Its better than having repressed emotions.

they cry because they let all there feelings out until they cant cry any more, it always makes me feel better

That is not necessarily true. Your eyes will look puffy, so you look ugly or sick. Your spirit is defeated, your head is bent in sorrow. Someone you loved is sick, have just suffered a lifethreatening illness or crisis, or died.
You are saying you feel better????
