Especially for quick-sand & curous connie. A whinger is someone who whinges.
To whinge, according to my dictionary is: To complain irritably, tho whine.
Whinge: a peevish complaint from the Anglo-Saxon word hwinsian.
You don't even need a dictionary nowadays, go to Wikipedia!

Thus spake the person who asked:
"Sorry, it's a London kind of thing but does anybody else get fed up the The Standard spreading doom & gloom?"
Isn't *that* a whinge?

Edit:
Yes, it took me a whole minute and a half to look at your past questions and then cut and paste. I obviously do have waaay too much time if I can devote that long to your question.

well, "whinger's" is a new word for me, never heard of it....but I am imagining it is an insult of some form.....
ever hear "don't judge less you be judged"?????
so, seeing your avatar, you have a turban on, so your as sick and twisted as all the other muslim terrorists out there???
Hmmm....
See how that works???
Don't pass judgment towards people as a whole, there are bad eggs, stupid people, ignorance, etc., but not everyone is that.....
Get it!?
