what happens if someone file non paying bidder on ebay?

They get a strike and one bad feedback on Ebay. Nothing else happens to them. They can't be sued; it's not worth it, they did not sign an actual contract, and the seller still has the goods so his loss is limited to the costs of re-listing the item - and I believe he can relist once for free if Ebay decides in his favor against the bidder. So the actual loss is very, very negligible.

The person will be given every chance to pay - but if the person is uncommunicative and does not respond to emails, the seller will have all fees reimbursed and allowed to resell the item. The buyer will get a strike against his account.

nothing they just get an eamail and after so long they get a strike off ebay nothing els iv done it loads of times

they get sent a email tell ing they should pay
