I get many offers from the domestic market here in india. There are many frauds who never pay the money for the work done. Are they is really these work outsourced ?????????

It's done by SOFTWARE .. go type "Open Source PDF to WORD" or "Open Source PDF to HTML" into Google ...

.. and yes, most 'work from home' or 'Internet home work' are indeed simply scams designed to part you from your money
