I don't think it is a myth. It is an almost certainty, just not caused by man. The Earth's climate has changed thousands of time during it's life. We are in a very slight warming trend. There's not much you can do about it but get used to it. There are many examples of this in recent history. The mini Ice Age 300 years ago. Vikings were growing crops in Greenland in 900 AD when it was much warmer than it is now. The planet goes through cycles. Most likely due to flucuations within the sun. Try looking at some historical data instead of the fake science Al Gore and the hysterians are presenting you.

You lost me, just what are you asking (saying)? The attempt to instill a comment Bush made on the haves and have mores with global warming ( a myth or not ) has got my head shaking in wounder.

Why is it important to help those in other nations .
If you teach a man to fish he will no longer need your fish market in his neighborhood .
Its worse then it appears on the surface .
Mankind is greedy to the point of selfishness that goes well beyond any moderation that would save millions of lives around the world . We In America will have the ability to pipe the melting waters to the north to irrigate fields . We will build plants to purify sea water and spend billions doing so .
What are those less fortunate people going to do as things become more difficult around the world .

i don't think its a myth as for people who don't think we have an effect on our environment their wrong and irresponsible, what ever happened to the hole in the ozone layer that has been a proven fact the ozone layer was being deplected because of human made chemicals,so we do have an effect on our environment, whether global warming is true or not it has already been proven that global warming and cooling was going on even before the time of human but now that we're here what kind of influence do u think we will have on global warming?

There is no shortage of money, resources, food, etc. What there IS a shortage of is freedom. If you look at where the most impoverished cultures are, you won't find any freedom for the people living there.

Big Oil wants to continue to sell its products because they are so profitable. The pollution that they cause can either be denied or put on the back burner and forwarded to the next generation.

Unfettered capitalism. Capitalism is the best economic system, but it must be controlled so it's benefits can be spread over all the planet. The communists and fascists must go.
