Why don't you visit some of the local banks, talk to the managers, and ask them who in the bank is responsible for placing ATMS?

You will need to connect with an ATM dealer. Check with other independent local business to see who they use for their ATM dealer. You can even check the stickers/notifcations on the ATM if you do not wish to speak with the owner. Often times they will have the name or at least a phone number of who to call for service. That will usually be the same company they are doing business with. Make sure you get a competitive share of the surcharge and a reliable company for service. Good luck!

Visiting local branches of a bank probably wouldn't be helpful, the branch manager isn't the decision maker on where an ATM should be located.

Write a letter to the various corporate offices.

First, check out the area and look for all of the ATM's nearby your location and the banks each one is represented by. Then call the bank that doesn't have one in your area to see if they are interested in keeping up with their competition (point out that everyone else but them have ATM's, but them).

Go into another store where you know they have one of the generic ATM'S, not from an official bank. Then get the number of the company off it and call them. This will be your best route of action.
