I need to be able to use a laptop and internet from remote rural sites where there is not cell phone service. Dish Network has satellite service, but requires a satellite be mounted on my pickup and then I would have to adjust the dish to receive from the satellite at each location. I would prefer something where I could login quickly. Thanks

No single card provides all three. There used to be some PC cards that combined a dial-up modem and a LAN adaptor but that's as close as anything comes to a multi-function card.

The technologies used by WiFi, Cellular, and Satellite systems are so divergent that it would be extremely difficult to put all 3 on a single card. It might be possible to combine WiFi and Cellular -- many phones do just that -- but the power required for Satellite communicatios makes a 3-way system highly unlikely on a single card.
