At your age you have everything ahead of you, you should be thinking what is my passion, and then making a goal in that passion, if nothing has it you yet just relax and let it come to you, later on in life there is nothing more rewarding then doing your favorite thing in the whole world for a living, that should be your goal. Have fun, the twenties go by so fast it will be like swish and they where gone!!!

stop living your life regretting things your life is far from over...

this is the start of the next chapter in your life a new beginning if you will

life only flies past you if you allow it to, go to college, get a job, get married, have kids, retire, watch grandchildren grow, grow old and wither away... this is probably how you are portraying your future isn't it? at least something like this lol

but you just aren't looking at all the time in between each of these major points

4 years of college... you can still do so much stupid **** with your friends

finding a job... can be stressful but not if you pick something that you enjoy doing because it can last 20 something years

by the time you get old and start to decay another 30 years or so will have past

you have an average of 60+ years to go... you've barely even reached the 1st quarter of your life

and ya I understand where you are coming from... i'm 20 years old and I was just like you when I first got out of high school

What you are feeling is the end of your childhood. Your adult life is now beginning. It is going to take a long time yet before you get to the point where the days seem like minutes and the years a mere hour. I am twice your age and the days do go by a little faster for me, only because I stay busy. I take a few moments to appreciate what I have and it slows things down a bit.

Do you feel like you are about to die? I suggest you make a list of the top ten things you want to do before you die. Starting with the things you want to do most. Each year, accomplish at least one thing on that list. It doesn't neccesarily have to be in order. But having something to live for makes you...stay alive. And when you do die, which you don't know when it will be, you will feel as if it was worthwhile. YOu are almost nineteen! That's the age of adulthood! Start living your life! And make good financial decisions as well. Stay out of debt. Get a job, and then do that thing you've always wanted to do.
