Not really. the only way to do it is to declare it as a business, and deduct for mileage allowance on your taxes, that way it saves at tax time.

Not at 3 bucks a gallon! I did a long route and I made hardly anything at it. No one tipped or gave gifts at the holidays either. Therefore, I would check the balances on the amount paid versus the work and costs and wear and tear on your car.

have silly friend who saved a few bucks. it doen't amount to much in the long run. so you save $500 to drive a long way for what? Better to earn more money or diet and run.
consider the hidden costs that you incur, loss of quality time with family and friends, added stress, deduct the gasoline and insurance etc etc. false economics.

depending on your pay but keep the rising gas price in mind. it may eat up over 50% of you income. you would have to sit down and do the math. MPG on stop and goes vs Income. Good Luck...

i'd say no, the hours are like midnight-6, the pay is crap, and you have more car problems than you could ever imagine. i did it for a few weeks, and just ended up with a broken car and a coke habit

NO AND WHEN THESE VEHICLES COME IN FOR REPAIRS THEY ARE JUST ABOUT TO FALL APART PLUS THEY ARE ALWAYS FILTHY INSIDE.
ALSO SOMETHING THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T KNOW IS THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE INSURANCE IF YOU USE YOUR VEHICLE FOR THIS.
