I've stuffed many different types of birds over the years.
Hopefully i'll continue even after I run out of creamy sauce.

You can stuff any bird, in theory, but you asked 'as good'. My answer to that is No. A turkey, being the largest of the commercially-produced birds, has the largest body cavity and would be the easiest to work with. Try stuffing a Cornish hen and see what I mean.
