I have a small family and i like it this way. We get to see everyone almost everyday to have dinner together. It gives us more opportunity to share our daily experiences and understanding each other better.
In my opinion, if this were a bigger family, there will be 1 or more family members who will not be able to get-together for some family activities.

i have the largest undivided family, about 41couples and their siblings and we have a common house, were we meet on fastival occasions. total no of all family members is around 129
