I am a vegetarian as well so no, I won't be eating any turkey. I will, however be loading up on plenty of ~ (it's a tie for my favorite), my mothers sweet potatoes and her homemade stuffing! =)

Nope, I'll be eating Ham. I'm not big on turkey unless its in a sandwhich, I'll eat it once in awhile but since I was a kid my grandmother made me a ham plus a turkey so half the family ate ham and the other half ate turkey. For the last eight years I've been going to my husband's parents house (even before we started dating) and my mother-in-law started cooking a ham and a turkey just to make me happy and it turns out I'm not the only one who prefers ham, my sister-in-law's husband and their sons prefer it, and so does my husband's cousin Deryck and my own sons.
As for sides my favorites are potatoes and stuffing

No. Usually since we have it only a month before for Thanksgiving, we don't do turkey again for Christmas. Today we had a whole roast pig. Delicious, juicy, crispy skin. Took a big chunk home so may make pulled pork for lunch tomorrow.

We are eating roasted turkey breast, cornbread and carmelized onion stuffing, mashed potatoes, peas and homemadecranbberry relish...finished up with fresh baked hot apple pie and ice cream!!!
Then we are going for a looong walk around the lake to balance things out!!
The cornbread side is my favorite...yum!
