Aside from a small mini fridge, you can try the ice bucket, or pick up a cooler and some ice packs.

If you haven't access to a fridge it means that you may not have access even to ice!! So... what you could possibly do is, put the medicines in a small box and wrap the box with a wet towel or some cloth. Keep it beside the window where you get some breeze. You have a home made cooler which will keep your stuff at least a few degrees below ambient temperature. Good luck and get well soon!!

I would think that ice might alter the meds stability, and thus effectiveness, if frozen. I would try to fill for example the trash basket with tap water and thermometer to keep in close range of desired temperature then replenish water every so many hours to maintain as close to constant as possible. It is the most cost effective and should be adequate.

2) Live in the Arctic
3) Live in the Antarctic
4) Give up and live in India where it's nice and warm, and have curry every day - mmmmm mmmm. You won't need the medication then

You probably do not, but if you have access to running water like a creek or brook, that can keep things very cool.

There is a small plug-in portable cooler at Walmart or Target that is cheap that would probably do the trick.
If you cannot afford one, go to the Walmart manager and tell them your dilemma, they are known to want to help.
Good luck.

other people are saying ice packs and things but where would you keep them cold. i would say if you have a basement find the coldest place down there. or since its winter you can always keep it somewhere away from animals outside. you can also find a cold or chili place in your house to place whatever it is.

Wrapping your meds in wet newspaper should keep them insulated and cool when you arrive at the hotel.
