There's a nice coffee shop a few towns over. NOT a Starbucks (thankfully). Really quaint little place, they have chairs, tables, lounge chairs and one or two sofas.
They have several bookshelves full of books for people to read.
They have wi-fi.
They have some live music one or two times during the week.

Free Wi-Fi access usually always increases trade.
