fourth row on keyboard malfunction...?

can't access exclamation point, plus sign, dollar sign, etc. all i get is numbers... this is essential for me since one of the numbers in caps is part of my password. this happened after power was interrupted while comp. was running. can anyone help

press and hold the shift button while pressing one. two. three. or whatver you need.

time to go shoping keyboard are cheap dont worry about it just get another one
