Just about any urologist will perform it. Just make sure you check that he's previously done it before, so he has experience.

Other than that, make sure you research the risks of circumcision. It's not reversible.

Why do you want to be circumcised? This is a big mistake. You will lose some of the pleasure from sexual activity. When you masturbate or have sex your penis slides in & out of its own skin producing a lot of sexual pleasure. When that skin is removed the stimulation has to be provided by an external source such as a hand, vagina, etc. etc. which are not as effective as a foreskin. Research this a bit further before progressing with this idea.
