Thor Deffinatly. Hercules is Half human and therefore is more vulnerable and tied to earthly matters. Thor is a full God and on top of that has his belt and bracers of strength and Mojlnir...I dont think Hercules can compete with Thor when he has his hammer. IF it was a battle of strength alone and IF Thor didnt have his accessories, then it would be a good fight but I will sitck my bets on Thor.
In Addition to this, Thor would never fight Hercules. Thor battles giants and protects mankind and Hercules (whether he needs protection or not) is still human and thus Thor would protect him and fight in his defence if ever needed. They Would make a good team though.

Thor of course. Thor was divine, Hercules wasn't, he was only semi-divine. Thor has the gaunlets, belt and hammer too. Seriously, no contest.
