I believe in myself very well...but as Clint Eastwood said in one of his old films " A man's got to know his limits ", therefore one can believe in one's self fully while accepting reality, without frustration and stress resulting.

Mostly I do, but not always, like lots of people. But I expect the not-always to recede again, and so it goes. Like the Buddha said (probably on one of his bad days, because everyone has them!) - "It changes."

I don't need to belive in myself because when I look down I can see myself or when I look in the mirror, so what is left to belive?

Do you mean "do I believe I exist"?
Yep.
Or do you mean "how do I rate myself"?
Better than average.
