Here the straight dope:
Carlos Marcello, Sam Giancana, the CIA, Fidel Castro, J. Edgar Hoover, anti Castro Cubans in Miami, the KGB and even LBJ himself each had gunmen in Dealey Plaza who managed to fire at least one shot each within the same 15 second window and escape without being photgraphed or having their "misses" ever recovered. Lee Harvey Oswald was set up as the fall guy, as evidenced by the fact that he waited several minutes to sneak away from his job at the Book depository. A pro would have been outa there within seconds.

Oh Oswald was the shooter, but was he the lone shooter, that's always been the question. Decades have gone by on that one and frankly I don't think we'll ever get a straight answer, apparently E. Howard Hunt confessed to his son , on his deathbed , that part of Cia was involved due to the fiasco with the Bay of Pigs. The mob's been insinuated into the act , that wouldn't surprise me. Even LBJ in his avarice lust to be president has been implicated. Depends on what conspiracy theory you believe. However I think a majority of people don't believe the Warren Report anymore.

That poor guy was just someone to blame. Kennedy would not authorize Vietnam so they took him out. Oswald was set up, likely participated in the assassination, he was the guy who had to be the assassin for the American public. I think today without any doubt it would be an impossibility to fire a bolt action rifle from where Oswald was with that kind of accuracy in that time span. That alone should tell you it was a conspiracy.

As I watched it all unfold on television, I became convinced that Oswald was not the assassin. I believe the Warren Commission is a white-washed version of the event, and that when the documents are unsealed in 2038 there will be few people still left alive to challenge - or even care about - the report's findings.
I believe it's just one of many lies our government has told us over the years, including (but not limited to):
* The attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941;
* Events surrounding a UFO crash in Roswell, New Mexico in 1947;
* U-2 spy planes flying over the U.S.S.R.;
* U.S. battleships 'attacked' in the Gulf of Tonkin (which led the U.S. into the Vietnam War);
* Effects of Agent Orange of Vietnam veterans;
* A third-rate burglary in the Watergate Hotel that led to the resignation of a U.S. President;
* The Reagan administration's 'arms-for-hostages' deal that became the infamous Iran Contra scandal;
* "Weapons of mass destruction" in Iraq that led us into an unjustified, unconstitutional, illegal, immoral 'war' with another sovereign nation that in no way threatened, provoked or attacked the United States;
* Torture and sexual abuse of 'detainees' in direct violation of the rules of the Geneva Convention.
Is it too much to expect our government to be truthful?????

Edgar Hoover, vp Lyndon B. Johnson, Richard Nixon, Fidel Castro, Cuban exile communities unfavourable to the Castro government and the armed forces and/or government pursuits of the US.

Of course he did NOT act alone. And of course he was involved. No conspiracy is without human errors. He was A PAWN. But he was a pawn that was that was NOT supposed to be caught.
I still say the Zapruder film footage, even without audio ((( screams the truth ))).

He came over as a little bit short of the full load. So he was very unlikely to have been able to have done it alone. That is if he did it at all..!!
Looks like a scape goat..!!

No way aND of course we were cheated out of a trail. The question is who and why would some one want him dead? My answer is the world bank [ federal reserve], 90 days before he took us out of the federal reserve and printed u.s. notes! The 2nd day LBJ was in office he put us back in the federal reserve.

That was the conclusion of the Warren Commission. I tend to agree with it, I am about 70% convinced they were right. Still, I wonder why facts about the assassination are still locked away in the national archives--why does the gvt. think it has something to hide?
