look for online jobs and apply with immigration people to get a visa or something.

First and foremost you have to be highly skilled in a profession. You can not just apply to be a waitress or gas station attendant. Nothing wrong with doing those jobs but there are thousands qualified for each of those jobs. If you have a skill that is needed some jobs on line will do an over the phone interview. They may make an offer which you will need to apply for a work visa.
