If Hillary gets elected, dismal, like all health care professionals. I would expect they would be spending most of their time filling out forms and justifying everything they do to the government. If things continue as they are, very bright, since many states are talking about allowing limited prescribing rights to pharmacists and the FDA is expanding behind the counter drug products, that will require additional intervention on the part of the pharmacist.

More people will be using the local pharmacist as the belief in the GP's is dwindling due to procrastination.

Pharmacists in Europe are able to dole out most medication. We have to wait in a waiting room with other sick people, and then the doc cannot be too specific
