i find it hard to draw people in diffferent positions i herd ther was a doll of somsort You can move into different position and draw from that

yes that's correct, any art shop will have one, they have joints in the correct places and are made of wood. maybe look on ebay - artist model?

Yes, its called a mannequin.

There is a wooden mannequin used by artists. Photographers tend to use live people or a studio model very similar to what you find in a shop windows.

The mannequinn I think you refer to ("doll" has other connotations related to sex dolls) but you are obviously looking for a mannequin. There is a bendable mannequinn at the following link. They are not cheap.

There is a wooden figure that is used but you are better off learning from life drawing. There must be a place near you where they offer figure drawing classes. There are also books on anatomy that you can work with that show the body in different postions. There is one that my teacher recomments that's called Constructive Anatomy.

3-d bdolls of wood don't know name but helps with perspective too...priced from 29. dollars up they have different ones people,horses,dogs, children...
