I prefer to be the hammer even whenit looks like I am the anvil. i think you can do more as the hammer than as the anvil and also I like hitting on others more than I like them hitting on me.

I'm definitely the anvil, I go out and fix machines everyday and deal with the wrath of customers when their copier isn't working.

Well this described the inner ear so it is obviously not prosopagnosia or phantom limb sensation. But I like to say prosopagnosia so I will say prosopagnosia a few more times prosopagnosia. Anyway because the bones described are used to amplify sound, and are not associated with nerve function, the correct answer should be conductive hearing loss.
