Not even close.
Most of the things I am afraid to do are there because I have already had a negative experience to make me fearful.
Easy example I am not likely to trust some people to look after themselves because I know they may die.
So I just don't give them that opportunity.
The problem is I care too much to ignore my fears.

Not always ( I still get sweaty palms if I even THINK about going on a rollercoaster) but, I'm game for just about anything.

Once in a while.
I've overcome being afraid to ride on rollercoasters. Now I love them.

I love challenges but I am not careless or risky.
It is true, some projects scare me a bit but if I believe that there are chances I can succeed, I get into it.
If all odds are against, no thank you, let some other do it.

I'm fearful of heights, when I'm on small footings. So I do avoid it like the plague

Not really. I'll do it if I really need to, who would want to be doing things that they're scared of? Unless, I really have to, that is. So, depends.
