Both but even though many would disagree, I LOVE giving presents compared to receiving them. Seeing someone happy because you have bought them something, to know they are smiling partly because of you is a really nice feeling. Receiving is just as good only you'd have to be prepared to do the 'I-love-it' face....when you've just opened a horrific present lol!! xxx

Give! Espcially going to homeless shelters, and not getting caught up in the commericalization and "things". Christmas has such a different meaning today, then 100 years ago. I Pods, I Phones, I Macs........all requested by my 12 year old nieces and nephews?

I prefer receiving gifts in the christmas.
Actually, I would have gifted all my friends by "Deepawali-The hindu festival of lights", which normally falls on dates before 25th Dec.
Anyways, personally I like only recieving.

What makes me happy, is to make others happy by giving what I know will make them smile. I love giving and making it a day worth remembering by seeing everyones excited faces.
As for receiving, I don't expect it, but it's nice when it happens. lol

equally enjoy giving and receiving presents. love to see peoples faces when they open your present but also love having presents to open myself!

Give definatley. I love to see my family's face ligth up when they open the presents ive bought them. I cant wait for my dad to open his present i've bought him a beer brewing machine, he's gonna love it!

nothing's better than giving the look on yuor loved ones faces is priceless.but if i were to get a gucci bag i would prefer receiving.

giving because it makes you feel very good inside of the fact that you made someone feel excited and happy. besides, if u give very generously, u will be sure to recieve very nice gifts nxt christmas.
