If so, when is it?

Some Thanksgiving details - essentially, it was when the first pilgrims and the native Americans got together and had a feast to give thanks for surviving and prospering.
I realize the native American part is not applicable, but are there any Holidays commemorating the successes of those early British citizens who survived hard times to lay the foundations for the modern UK?

there is not any such subject as an allotted holiday entitlement in the united kingdom. and there is not any regulation that your economic enterprise holiday entitlement needs to be respected - it is not for approximately 2 million low paid workers at modern. besides the undeniable fact that, that's accepted for uk companies to grant 20 days in line with twelve months - in specific circumstances increasing after countless years provider - and to observe economic enterprise holidays. the US has greater public holidays than the united kingdom (regularly 10 days, yet there are extra days that are basically optionally observed), however the convention is for human beings to get much less certainly go away - generally basically 10 days in line with twelve months.
