There is very little you can do to an injection pump without specialist equipment I would recommend that you don't fiddle around with it but leave it to the experts, it is very easy to do more harm than good.

The car has two pumps, the first is the lift pump, this pumps the diesel at low pressure to the high pressure pump situated in the engine compartment. The lift pump in the fuel tank has a switch that cuts the power to it in the event of there being a crash. You need to find where this switch is and then re-set it.

Check that you have power to stop solenoid on top of injection pump first no power no injection .Lift pump is inside injection pump to test this use hand primer .Pump up fuel preassure using hand primer then turn engine over and see if you have injection.Next check that timing belt is ok if snapped head off and some new valves

have u tried bleedind the fuel system beause if their is air in it u could have this problem, or it could be the filter is blocked
if the pump is gone it would be cheaper to buy a new car

You will need to have a diesel mechanic look at the pump. It takes specialized tools to diagnose and repair problems with injector pumps. Please, let a professional look at your problem.

could be cambelt failure, thats expensive... the belt drives the pump... check it out
