Unless you've been told otherwise by your doc, it's safe to do the same kind of exercise as you've done in the past. So if you rode before, you can ride now.

biking is perfectly safe during the first trimester. After about 16 weeks, it may become uncomfortable. The only danger is the danger of falling... if you do fall, try to turn yourself so your belly doesn't get hit.

unless you know you are prone to miscarrage then any exersise if good in moderation during pregnancy, if you have miscarried before then check with your doctor otherwise all types are good, but in moderation
