One method is to gradually cool air down. Since each of these gases has a different boiling point, they'll condense into liquids at different temperatures. You cool the air down to the boiling point of one gas, wait a bit for all of it to condense, remove the liquid, and then cool to the boiling point of the next gas, etc.

You can generate hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysis of water (see the recent "burning sea water" stuff). Oxygen is generated at the anode (+ve electrode) and hydrogen at the cathode (-ve electrode).
If you collect the bubbles *under* the water, you'll have pretty pure gasses.

For Nitrogen and Helium, Doxycycline's distillation idea is the best one I can think of.
