I just need to know what to take apart so i can access the burnt out bulb.

When you lift the hatch, you will see the screws that secure the light assembly, remove those screws. Now you will have to pull on the light assembly (there are 2 posts which you can't see yet that are secured into grommets), you will think the assembly is going to break, you will have to pull hard, it won't break (just keep even pressure on the assemly). Once you have the light assembly off the car you will see where the light bulbs go, these are simple twist in twist out. The bulb is either a 3057 or a 3157 (don't remember which because I work on so many different cars).

in the back youll have open hatchback go from inside maybe just buld has dock by its self/ or youll have to remove the whole lite assemlby probably a tork screw/ or phillips/ pul away from car body and replace bulb do this on bothsides at sme time write date with sharpie on inside body! to keep track!

in case you recommend the vehicle gained't rev above say 3000 to 3500 it will be your catalytic converter. i imagine alternative is loose below one hundred thousand miles. Does it stumble even as idling? can also be a foul plug or wire that purely fails below load. verify for OBD codes at autozone or such. a chance tranny complications if vehicle revs ok.

open your trunk and lift the interior of the car and you should see the back of your lights,unscrew the screws pull the light out and change it that should do it.
